Leighton Ku, director of the George Washington University's Center for Health Policy Research, is quoted in this video recently broadcast by the Sinclair Broadcast Group. The proposed new rules may make insurance prices a little lower for young healthy people, but higher for sick people, Ku points out. “The question is, do you think that’s a fair deal?” he asks.
