Rony Brauman, MD, the director of research at the Médecins Sans Frontières‎ (MSF) Foundation and professor at the Humanitarian and Conflict Response Institute, University of Manchester is the keynote speaker for the 11th Annual Richard and Janet Southby Distinguished Lectureship in Comparative Health Policy held at the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health on April 24, 2019.

Brauman’s talk, “The Humanitarian Principles: Flag or Compass?” was followed by a panel discussion featuring:
