Professor Leonard Friedman presented at the Association for Talent Development Healthcare Executive Summit in San Antonio on November 14. Friedman’s session, “Leadership Competencies for an Unknowable Future,” examined the attributes of effective leaders today and proposed a set of competencies for leaders of tomorrow to guide their organization into an uncertain future.
